The classic Douglas® Super-Six™ system is an institutional grade basketball system offering a six foot extension arm for the maximum safe-play area. The system features a simple, easy-to-install three piece design that allows for minor adjustments in height and squareness to the playing surface. Plus, the unique top-cap pole design is durable and offers increased safety.

The Super-Six™ is constructed from 4″ square structural steel with a 3/16″ wall thickness. The steel pole and extension are finished in an attractive black acrylic powder coat to prevent chipping and provide the ultimate corrosion protection against the elements.

The Pressure Flex Breakaway Rim features a 5/8” thick, 18” steel rim with a powder coat finish. The goal offers a pressure flex breakaway mechanism that is enclosed in a steel cover. The rigid rim mounts through the backboard and directly to the extension arm for maximum safety and excellent rebound.

Durable 42”x 60” rectangular steel backboard has a 12 gauge steel shell with a white powder coat finish and an orange printed target and border. Board has an integral reinforced steel channel on reverse side for mounting and increased board support. The Super-Six is also available with a 42” x 60” Acrylic Backboard.

System is a standard in-ground direct bury installation, no ground anchor is needed.

SHIPPING NOTICE  –    This product will be shipped via LTL Freight. The carrier will call you at the phone number provided on your order at least 24 hours in advance to set a delivery appointment. When the carrier arrives for delivery, there must be an adult present to inspect the items, sign the delivery receipt, and unload. Shipment must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and any shortage or damage must be noted. Failure to properly note any discrepancies or issues may result in additional fees for replacement or repair.

Please note that truck drivers will not unload items – this is the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, a liftgate may be required. A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate and you are responsible for moving it to the desired location at your property. This service is available for an additional fee and is NOT included with standard shipping on your order. If a Lift Gate is needed, please make this request to the carrier who will then contact us and provide a quote for the service. We will then contact you for approval/acceptance of the fee and confirmation to proceed.
