Durable Douglas® POP Tennis Net - 31" x 21'9"

Description

The Douglas® 21’9″ POP tennis net is manufactured at POP tennis height of 31″. Netting is 1-3/4″ square mesh braided 3.0 mm polyethylene, unsurpassed for durability and weather resistance. Headbands are made of vinyl coated polyester and have been lock-sewn with four rows of #32 white polyester thread. Vinyl bottom tape and side pockets are polyester based and wont shrink, mildew or rot when exposed to the elements. Bottom and side tapes are double lock-stitched with black polyester thread. Net includes 1/2″ Fiberglass side dowels and lacing cord.

HEADBAND

32 oz. single-ply vinyl coated polyester headband. Headband is lock-sewn with four rows of #32 white polyester thread. Complete with a vinyl coated, 5/32” galvanized steel cable with 2300# break strength.

NETTING

Netting is 1-3/4” square mesh braided solid core polyethylene, unsurpassed for durability and weather resistance. 3.0 mm netting with 285 lb. break strength.

SIDE & BOTTOM TAPE

Vinyl bottom tape and side pockets of headbands are polyester based and won’t shrink, mildew or rot when exposed to the elements. Tapes are double lock-stitched with black polyester thread.

1/2” fiberglass side dowels and lacing cord.

POP TENNIS is a fun twist of tennis that’s played on smaller courts with shorter, sold paddles and low compression tennis balls.
