Aluminum Pole

This solid post is made in the USA and is constructed of 4″ square extruded structural aluminum with excellent bend resistance and is 100% rustproof. The post and steel hardware components are finished with a black, baked-on polyester powder coat finish. This strong finish adds resistance to chipping and the ultimate weather protection against the elements.

Poles are 10’6″ high and feature a continuous structured channel, so there are no external pressure points to damage the post’s finish. The built-in channel allows easy net height adjustment from 3′ pickleball to 8′ official volleyball play.

HARDWARE

The rugged net tensioning reel case and gears are constructed of heavy-duty steel. This simple reel assembly is easy-to-use and has smooth operation. The handle has a comfortable contoured grip and is removable to prevent unwanted tampering.

All hardware for a complete setup is provided, including (1) pulley, (6) eye hooks, bungee cords, Unicourt™ adjustable net, and ground sleeves.

Additional eye bolt brackets can be purchased to pre-set multiple net heights. This eliminates the need to constantly slide and re-tension the existing brackets, saving time and simplifying changes.

ADJUSTABLE NET

The adjustable Unicourt™ net is 34″ high and is available in (4) standard lengths. The length of the net should be 4′ shorter than the post spacing, leaving a 2′ gap on either side of the net. Contact us to order a custom size net to accommodate your court.

The high-quality, USA-made adjustable net is made from 1-3/4″ square mesh in 3mm heavy gauge solid core polyethylene. The netting material is unsurpassed for durability and weather resistance. The net headband is lock-sewn in 2-ply vinyl-coated polyester. The vinyl bottom tape and side pockets are polyester-based and won’t shrink, mildew, or rot when exposed to the elements.

The net has supporting side dowels and (4) bungee cords for an easy hook-on installation.

GROUND SLEEVES & INSTALLATION

The pole includes a 24″ long steel ground sleeve for semi-permanent installation.

The ground sleeve allows for easy removal and reinstallation of the pole, making it ideal for seasonal or temporary setups.

What is the height of the Aluminum Adjustable Net System?

The poles are 10’6″ long and go 2′ into the ground, leaving them 8′ 6″ above ground.

What if the standard net widths don’t accommodate my court size?

As the manufacturer, we can custom fabricate a net according to your dimensions. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for a custom quote.

How do I know what size net to purchase?

Our nets are fabricated 4′ shorter than post spacing, leaving a 2′ gap on either side of the net. This gap is for bungee cords to be used for attachment instead of lacing cords, which allows you to quickly and easily adjust the height of your net. Post spacing depends on your area, but the max spacing is usually 42′ apart. If space allows, many people set their posts at 42′ (Standard Tennis Post Spacing) and get a 38′ net. If you are still determining what size would work best for you, please feel free to reach out, and we can help you choose the best fit for your court.

Do you have to remove the net to adjust the height?

Yes, you unwind the top net cable to loosen it and unhook the (4) bungee cords. Then, reinstall the net at the desired location.

SHIPPING NOTICE  –    This product will be shipped via LTL Freight. The carrier will call you at the phone number provided on your order at least 24 hours in advance to set a delivery appointment. When the carrier arrives for delivery, there must be an adult present to inspect the items, sign the delivery receipt, and unload. Shipment must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and any shortage or damage must be noted. Failure to properly note any discrepancies or issues may result in additional fees for replacement or repair.

Please note that truck drivers will not unload items – this is the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, a liftgate may be required. A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate and you are responsible for moving it to the desired location at your property. This service is available for an additional fee and is NOT included with standard shipping on your order. If a Lift Gate is needed, please make this request to the carrier who will then contact us and provide a quote for the service. We will then contact you for approval/acceptance of the fee and confirmation to proceed.
