Construction
Padding is custom fabricated with 2” thick high-impact foam and then wrapped in durable long-lasting 14 oz. solid vinyl. The flame-resistant vinyl covering meets the strict state of California Fire Marshall requirements. All gym wall pads are backed with ¾” thick plywood for direct wall attachment with the 1” lip installation method.
Installation Method
The 1” lip top and bottom style has the wood backer extend 1” above and below the foam. This method bolts the gymnasium wall pads directly to the wall through the 1” wood lip. Bolt hardware is not included.

Indoor gymnasium wall pads can also be custom-fabricated to meet the measurements of your specific application. The maximum panel size is 8’ high by 4’ wide. Custom electrical and other cutouts can be met for a precise fit.

Pads will be shipped via LTL Freight and will require an adult to be present to receive and unload delivery. The carrier will call you to schedule an appointment 24 hours in advance. Shipments must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and any shortages or damages must be noted. Failure to correctly note any discrepancies or issues may result in additional fees for replacement or repair.
