POSTS

This solid system is made in the USA and is constructed of 4″ square extruded structural aluminum with excellent bend resistance and is 100% rust-proof. The post and steel hardware components are finished with a black, baked-on polyester powder coat finish. This strong finish adds resistance to chipping and the ultimate weather protection against the elements. Poles are 10’6″ high, and the complete system is only 150 lbs., half the weight of a comparable steel system. Square poles feature a continuous structured channel, so there are no external pressure points to damage the post’s finish. The built-in channel allows for easy net height adjustment from 7’4″ to 8′ official play.

HARDWARE

The rugged net tensioning reel attaches in the built-in channel. The case and gears are constructed from heavy-duty steel. This simple reel assembly is easy to use and has smooth operation. The handle has a comfortable contoured grip and is removable to prevent unwanted tampering.

VOLLEYBALL NET

The VB-1200 Competition net meets the USVBA standards, measuring 36″ in height and 32′ length. Black netting is 3.0 mm in standard 4″ square. The perimeter bands are constructed from 2.5″ wide 20 oz. white vinyl. Nets are braced with fiberglass dowels. The top cable is 41′ in length and is vinyl-coated steel with a 3,600 lb. break strength. The headband cable ends are double-pressed for strength. The bottom band has a 38′ steel cable with a 2400-lb. break strength.

GROUND SLEEVES & INSTALLATION

The system includes 36″ long aluminum ground sleeves with collars for sand or grass semi-permanent installation.

The ground sleeves allow for easy removal and reinstallation of the system, making it ideal for seasonal or temporary setups.

SHIPPING NOTICE  –    This product will be shipped via LTL Freight. The carrier will call you at the phone number provided on your order at least 24 hours in advance to set a delivery appointment. When the carrier arrives for delivery, there must be an adult present to inspect the items, sign the delivery receipt, and unload. Shipment must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and any shortage or damage must be noted. Failure to properly note any discrepancies or issues may result in additional fees for replacement or repair.

Please note that truck drivers will not unload items – this is the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, a liftgate may be required. A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate and you are responsible for moving it to the desired location at your property. This service is available for an additional fee and is NOT included with standard shipping on your order. If a Lift Gate is needed, please make this request to the carrier who will then contact us and provide a quote for the service. We will then contact you for approval/acceptance of the fee and confirmation to proceed.
